and Offshore PhoneBank membership number.
There are two ways to sign-up for Offshore PhoneBank - and you can set up the service
in whichever way suits you best.
- Register in person at our Jumeirah branch
Come into the Jumeirah branch after 12 pm UAE time, Monday to Thursday and speak
to one of our customer service team. A Relationship Manager will then call our Offshore
PhoneBank team in the Isle of Man to set you up with a membership number. Once this
has been done, you can start using the Offshore PhoneBank service about half an
hour later.
- Fill in an application form
If you haven't got time to register in person, you can come into the branch and
complete an application form. The form is sent to the Isle of Man for processing
and they'll notify you when your Offshore PhoneBank service is up and running.
