  • No need for any post-dated / security cheques. Monthly mortgage payments are collected automatically every month from a      Lloyds TSB nominated bank account
  • Mortgages available to customers who open a current account with their salary to be assigned.

* The minimum amount for a mortgage lump sum payment is

AED 50,000 at the end of each month. All lump sum repayments will be credited to your mortgage account at the end of the month. We require your written instructions prior to the 25th and your account to be able to cover these funds.
 

Mortgages can be arranged for completed villas

  • Initial processing fee of AED 1,000
  • Valuation fee of AED 2,500 payable to the surveyor
  • 1% Arrangement Fee
  • Interest rate 7.99% variable
  • Terms for up to 20 years available for villas (within certain developments)
  • Finance of up to 50%* of the market value of the property
  • Equity release - borrow additional funds against your property
  • No penalties for lump sum reduction or early repayments

  • Last 6 months bank statements
  • Salary letter from employer

  • If self employed - 3 yrs audited operating accounts / turnover, & original accountants letter verifying income / drawings & 12 months business bank statements.
