Where is Lloyds TSB's main branch located?
Our main branch is located in a landmark building on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah. We pride ourselves on being accessible to our customers: we provide plenty of customer parking, we have long opening hours and we also offer Telephone and Internet banking services. In addition to our main Branch, we have five Customer Service Centres (CSC) located at the Arabian Ranches Community Centre, Dubai Healthcare City, The Green Community, Uptown Mirdif and Jebel Ali Freezone.

What are Lloyds TSB's opening hours?

Our Jumeirah Branch is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday to Thursday, except for Tuesdays when we are open from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

Our Customer Service Centre's are open six days a week, Saturday through Thursday from 9am to 6pm. Additionally we offer 24 hour Internet Banking and Telephone Banking services

What is the reach of Lloyds TSB's ATM network in Dubai?
As well, as ATMs in our Jumeirah Branch and CSCs, Lloyds TSB Middle East customers are able to use the ATMs provided by Emirates Bank International (EBI), Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB) and National Bank of Dubai (NBD) completely free of charge. This gives our customers access to some 520 ATMs throughout the UAE.

We adopt international best practice in these matters and work closely with the Central Bank to prevent crime, fraud and money laundering at Lloyds TSB. We follow the rules and regulations of the UAE Central Bank, Lloyds Banking Group Compliance and the Financial Service Authority (FSA) of the UK where such guidelines are particularly stringent. In addition, various systems that assists us in monitoring unusual transactions activity on our customer accounts and firmly believe that the most effective structure to combat such crime is by knowing your customers.

Who can open a Current Account with Lloyds TSB Middle East? Do I get Cheque Book facility on my Current Account?
Anyone who has a valid residence visa, six months bank statements and a letter from their employer stating their position and salary can open a Current Account. Cheque Books and Visa Payment Debit cards are provided for all current accounts.

H How do I apply for a loan at Lloyds TSB Middle East? What documents do I need to furnish to apply for a loan?
All you need to do is complete an application form and provide the following documents. If the customer does not bank with we require six months bank statements, a letter from the employer stating position, salary and duration of employment with the company and a valid residence visa.
