- Once you have completed the online application, we will send you a paper application
form to complete. This is the second stage of the application process and will allow
you to specify which people in your business you wish to view the accounts and make
payments - and what the payment limits will be
- When you've signed and returned the application form to us we will activate your
Online Business access and send you an email confirming your user ID
- Once you have this information you can log on and begin using Online for Business
