How do I apply?

Instructions:
  1. Complete your personal application online.
  2. To verify your signature, pleasecomplete the "Lloyds TSB Application" and return it to our branch.
     
    You can either
    — Download it here or
    — Use the form that we will post to you as part of your
         application pack or
    — Visit us at one of our locations.
     
  3. On receiving the signed documents wewill give or send you your activated member ID.

Now you're ready to go!

How do I register a beneficiary?

For your added security we request that you complete a pre mandate form to register other individuals and international accounts to receive payments from your internet banking account.
 
  1. Click here to access the pre mandate form.
  2. Please print this form, complete it, sign (both signatories on a joint account) and then return it to our branch.
  3. On receipt of the pre mandate form we will verify your signature before adding the beneficiary to the payments screen on your internet banking account.
